• Hackathon submission details
• Your email address
• Your GitHub username
• Your Display Name
• Access logs (such as user agent, request path, etc)

• Submitting your project

How will we use your data?

• Processing your submission
• Communicating with you about your submission
• Share submissions on our website and social media. Only submission details, and your display name is shared publicly.

Retention

• Your data is kept as long as you have an account with us. You can contact us at any time to close your account, and delete all information from our systems except submission details.
• Submission details are kept so they can be displayed on our winners page, or used on social media.
• Access logs are kept for a maximum of 3 days
